Hi, I'm Courtney!
​I'm the owner of Cardinal Therapy and Consulting and work in collaboration with HONEST. I provide therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on empowerment and self-determination.
My approach: I utilize harm-reduction strategies, helping clients make informed choices that improve their quality of life and foster self-respect and congruence between their personal goals and actions. I have extensive experience in the substance abuse world/12-step recovery, though I have a soft spot for harm reduction and forgiveness. I believe in working through wounds of early life, creating connection, and assisting clients in finding a joyful state of being (read more below).
